• The stunning main bathroom has a large, contemporary, luxury free-standing slipper bath and a pebble-shaped stone sink.

• The patio outside the garden room has outdoor furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining.
• There is a large enclosed garden with ample parking.
• An access ramp at the rear of the house makes this property a suitable choice for the less mobile.
• The house is tiled throughout, with underfloor heating and double glazing for year-round occupation.

Bring Your Horse On Holiday !
We have stables and paddock available at Kirkbride Farm for guests to use, so why not bring your equine friend with you on your rural break, letting you enjoy the local lanes, tracks and beaches together?

Our livery charge on a DIY basis is a modest £5.00 per night per horse, inclusive of stabling and grazing. Grazing and straw are on hand, but please bring other foods and bedding materials with you.
